IT Service Desk Counter Locations Closed Until Further Notice

[updated Mar. 20, 2020] Due to changes to Sheridan's working environment brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be closing all IT Service Desk counter locations at the Davis, HMC, and Trafalgar campuses until further notice. This is effective immediately.

Support for Business-Critical Issues

IT Service staff will only be deployed to respond to on campus, business-critical issues at the approval of their manager and in coordination with Security, OH&S and Health Centre protocols.

Telephone & Remote Support Still Available

Telephone support and remote chat services are still be available, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. until 10 p.m.
