About "Green" Print

Sheridan has established centralized printing zones throughout the College, dramatically reducing the number of printers required to efficiently service users. The Lexmark printers in these zones are accessed via the "Green" print queue.

Features & Benefits

  • Convenient: 'Green' printers are accessible and located across all Sheridan campuses, including labs, libraries and Learning Commons locations

  • Secure: print jobs are securely held in the print queue for up to 4 hours or until they are released by the user (whichever comes first)

  • Full-featured: besides printing, most of the 'Green' printers offer additional services such as photocopying and scanning
